Returns & Exchanges

At Gorman, we want you to love your colorful new pieces, so if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Gorman tags and labels remain intact and secure.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the front of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
